AI follow game rules

Currently the AI plays all pokemon in his hand.

Each turn the AI may play only one 1 Energy Card, 1 Trainer Card, and 1 Pomemon Card.
If the AI can play a Stage-One Pokemon to the corresponding Basic Pokemon

from the rulebook the player can put pokemon into the bench as many times as possible
