I was using the old version from the structured output tutorial and my extractor was incredibly performative. for some reason I do not undertand why the new version seems to be underperforming. I need to extract structured text from my speech database but I am a bit confused on the applicaiton with all these examples producing jokes??????? can anybody give me a tip on what kind of option to use to perform the extraction process to replicate my old workflow?

Also just as a side note. I am trying to use the tool calling version of the tutorial and for some reason it extract only instance of my class of interest from the text while i know as a fact that the text contains other related concepts that my old framework extracted.
