Compatiblity with package ftnxtra

When ftnxtra is loaded, \avms generate the error:

Missing # inserted in alignment preamble. }

This issue seems to be beyond langsci-avm's scope. For example, this MWE generates the same error:

\documentclass{article}
\usepackage{array}
\usepackage{ftnxtra}
\begin{document}
	\begin{tabular}{ll}
		Hello & world
	\end{tabular}
\end{document}

The error however is not raised if array is loaded after ftnxtra. The developer(s) of ftnxtra will need to be contacted.
