RFC: Laravel static files auto-redirects to storage directory

Most servers does not do this by default..
So I suggest valet should not have this by default also. This feature is good no doubt about that, I would just like to propose a change that this should not be a default behaviour...

Reasons...

1. This is not documented.
2. Most Production Servers are not setup to have this behavior by default.
3. It would be hard to debug why such image is found on local but production is returning a 404.
