Scroll jumps while typing in the Markdown editor

Current behaviour

To reproduce:

1. Type in the Markdown editor
2. Pause

At present, this causes the Markdown editor's scroll position to jump.

The below screen recording demonstrates typing in the note editor causing scroll to change:

Expected behaviour

The Markdown editor's scroll position should not change while editing.

Edit: Reverting #12038 seems to fix the scroll jumping issue.

Do you have "Rich Markdown" plugin installed? (Ah, nevermind, I see it's not in your list - you're hardcode man that's for sure!).

I'm noticing exactly same scroll issues, but only when typing text near images placed by Rich Markdown plugin inside the editor.
When I disabled all plugins except "Rich Markdown" - issue was still reproducible.
Then disabled "Rich Markdown" - issue is gone.

Also tried enabling Freehand Drawing plugin - saw minor scroll fluctuations every time I stopped typing. After I disabled the plugin (0 plugins installed now) scroll fluctuations became barely noticable.

And eventually I've turned "Rich Markdown" back on again - and I cannot reproduce the issue at all.

So even though I feel it only happens near editor inserted images, it's hard to reproduce sometimes.
