Cannot Create User on Initial Setup

I've managed to launch the application via docker, but there doesn't seem to be any support to initially sign in, or create a new user. How is someone supposed to set up users for this application?

I experience the same thing

I have successfully installed and am presented with the login screen

I have tried the logins mentioned in the readme but I'm told they are invalid login credentials
