Indent issue working with 4 char tabs

I have discovered this script is causing issues for me working in my PHP project with a composer.json which causes my tabs in all buffers to change to 2 char instead of my setting of 4.

After starting Vim I open my a PHP script and 4 char tabs are set correctly, I then open my composer.json file which changes tabs to 2 chars, any PHP files I open after all use 2 char tabs.

Not sure exactly where the problem is but I've had to disable this plugin for now to stop it happening.

Try out the latest, the plugin was stomping the shiftwidth.
