Letta desktop not moving beyond create agent

Describe the bug
When I open letta desktop and I try to create a new agent or I try to import a agent I never get past the loading phase, I waited almost 20 minutes for it to complete loading.

  • I downloaded the letta app for windows.

  • What's your OS (Windows/MacOS/Linux)?
  • I have a Windows 11 pc
  • How are you running letta? (cmd.exe/Powershell/Anaconda Shell/Terminal)
  • Letta desktop app
