Scala 2.12.10

When updating to scala 2.12.10 mima seems to trigger DirectMissingMethodProblem. I created #386 which will have the same issue for one of the jobs.

I think we can close this since 2.12.10 is now supported and the new DirectMissingMethodProblems are tracked in #388
