Brainstorming ideas for V2

Current version (MVP) features

• Basic UI
• Basic machine degradation model
• Sensor & prediction model purchase
• Live machine parameters visualization
• Leaderboard
• Basic RUL prediction model
• In-game events (e.g. production peak, score multipliers)

Gameplay enhancements

• 2 machines instead of only 1
  • when both machines break you lose.
  • Introduce a new option, to bring a broken one back to life
• 2 inter-dependent machines;
  • one produces the input for the other
• Introduce a 'timed' game mode
  • more than 1 machine, 2 or 3?
  • game ends after a fixed ammount of time
  • score = pieces produced per unit of time
  • you dont lose when a machine breaks down, but time keeps running while it's down and you produce less! (the price of downtime)
  • add option to 'repair' a machine

Technical enhancements

• refactor all styles to use tailwind instead of raw css
• find specific bottlenecks in current version to address them or avoid same mistakes: Perform load test #58
• rewrite backend in Golang
  • issue: ONNX runtime has no Golang API. Gotta use the C binding?
