OpenThread Border Router for Home Assistant

Wanted change

I love to use HA as a Docker Container and using Hacs already trough the linuxserver docker mods.
Recently i playing around with thread and matter. So i thought about if it is possible to add otbr add-on via docker mods. https://openthread.io/guides/border-router

Reason for change

In my opinion this would be much more convinient than use another docker.
