There is a comment in the repeats_dedup.py file. position 5, 9, 13 are removed from the list of the bases in the barcode. What does this mean? Thanks.

Hi, in our design, the 5th, 9th, and 13th bases of the random barcode are fixed as 'T', so we removed these positions during analysis.
