Long external links break the note page layout on narrow viewports

@colebemis ah I see, turns out it's indeed a tricky one like you said here

Should we use a top-right arrow icon in the JSX instead of a ::after in css ? This way we can do flex-nowrap and I think this way the arrow won't break away from the text while the text can still wrap
