I'm as developer expects that README.md contains direct instruction for installation or reference it.
So, could you place that reference from the comment above to the README.md.

@eralaz There are many factors and components that could apply to the installation process which can make it difficult and lengthy to provide in a README. Therefore, all developer documentation is in the Magento Commerce Cloud guide.
