Data Issue: Differences between .tsv and .xml files #12

There appears to be differences between the nnv.tsv file and the .xml/online NNV dataset.

Example:

1809 State Senate election returns for Schroon, New York (as listed online) is listed as "Schreor" in the .tsv file. (ny.statesenateeastern.1809)
