Adapt data manager to new implementation of the DigitSpanTasks and cognitive_data packages

Description

The DataManager is simplified and most provides an interface between mDigitSpanTasks and the cognitive_data package.

These changes are made to adapt mDigitSpanTasks to the new implementation of the DigitSpanTasks and cognitive_data packages.
