hi i am on beta 4 release and when opening an existing bundle is selected the app closes

I've been having trouble with certain icons not loading in package lists and I see that was fixed in 3.2.0, and is listed in the changelog as fixed, so I was just wondering out of curiosity what the bug was and how you fixed it?

Packages, and all the data you can see on the Packages list comes from the PackageWrapper, which is a class that wraps packages and provides all data required for packages to be properly displayed (tooltips, tag icons, icon, etc.).

Essentially, when I was implementing icons I forgot that Wrappers were destroyed and created each time packages were filtered, so the new icon applied was getting erased, and only icons loaded before filtering would show (upon created, the wrapper checks if the icon was loaded already via an internal cache; this is why the last package manager to load would not show icons until packages were refreshed).

On 3.2.0, I made some changes to how PackageWrappers are handled (so they don't get destroyed and created on each filter, among other optimizations where the backend and the package lists connect), and now icons load and display properly
