How to preview live code in the sublime text #85

I recently saw a video on Youtube and the youtuber had the live preview in the sublime text.He typed a code and it appeared in the preview right below the code.Any help???

Same problem, on Linux, alt+m has no effect and Command Palette doesn't display the Toggle menu
