Go to a dev center and create a dev box definition.
Create a project in the DevCenter and create a pool is a failed state.
Navigate to https://devbox.microsoft.com/ ,create a dev box is a failed state.
Seeing the status of dev box on dev home.

Expected result

Seeing the status of dev box on dev home is failed.

Actual result

Seeing the status of dev box on dev home is unknown.
