Steps to reproduce the bug

Try to clone a Git repo from GitHub; DevHome crashes. On a brand new laptop setup, I could not achieve any operation inside DevHome.

Expected result

Expecting all features to work.

Actual result

DevHome crashes for any and all operations

Included System Information

Physical Memory: 15.6GB (8.95GB free)
Processor Architecture: ARMx64
