Azure App Service Repeatedly Restarting Promptflow - Troubleshooting Help Needed

Issue Description

I'm experiencing an issue with Promptflow in my Azure Web App where it keeps restarting continuously. Below are the logs showing the behavior:

As you can see, the Promptflow executor keeps initializing multiple times within a very short timeframe (all within a few seconds). This continuous restarting is preventing my application from functioning properly.

1. What could be causing Promptflow to repeatedly restart in my Azure Web App?
2. Are there any known issues with Promptflow stability in Azure Web Apps?
3. How can I diagnose the root cause of these restarts? Are there additional logs I should be checking?
4. Could this be related to resource constraints, configuration issues, or something else?
5. Has anyone successfully resolved a similar issue, and if so, what was your solution?
