Issue

GEO-Bench has crossed the 100 star threshold and now meets all the criteria for being listed on https://torchgeo.readthedocs.io/en/latest/user/alternatives.html.

Fix

@recursix @nilsleh want to open a PR? It will be useful to document which features GEO-Bench has and help advertise the project.
