An error occurs when executing "Create Databases..." command for “Azure Cosmos DB for MongoDB cluster”

Repro Steps:

1. Create an “Azure Cosmos DB for MongoDB cluster” in Azure portal.
2. Open "Command Palette" in VS Code -> Select "MongoDB (vCore): Create Database...".
3. Check whether the next option is "Select resource" or not.

Expect:
The next option is "Select resource" when executing "Create Databases..." command for “Azure Cosmos DB for MongoDB cluster”.

Actual:
An error occurs.

1. Fail to execute "Drop Database..." and "Create Collection..." commands from Command Palette.
