link shortcuts from editor to interactive window

There doesn't seem to be a way to link shortcuts such as Jupyter: Restart Jupyter Kernal for use when focused on the editor. Is this possible to implement?

That would be an ask on the https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-jupyter repository, not here (which doesn't have Discussions turned on, so I can't transfer this request).
