How can I change the style of the editor line showing "Run Cell | Run Above | Debug Cell"?

When working with python files (not Jupyter Notebooks), if I type "#%%", the editor inserts a cell separation with the following text commands: "Run Cell | Run Above | Debug Cell". How can I change the visual style of this separation? I want to change the background of this line or add a line separator (to mimic the Spyder editor). Thanks,

That is currently not possible. Please open a feature request if you would like that level of control.

Thanks for the quick response. If I look at my editor, I see no lines along the red arrows:

However I found a screenshot on internet that shows such lines (green arrows):

How can I display them, and ideally make them brighter?

@brettcannon I did open a feature request. But I am still curious about the lines seen near the green arrows in the web screenshot. If I could have them, it could be an acceptable workaround for me. Thanks
