Weird error message spamming me please help - textDocument/codeAction failed

I keep getting this error message
I get it every time i press the mouse inside an md file. it doesn't appear otherwise. it's weird that I am getting this on 2 different computers. I am a beginner programmer working with both Java and python.
The error has nothing to do with my code. I opened an empty folder and created a text file and whenever I press inside in it just keep showing up in the output section. The file doesnt have to be in md format. I am getting the error while having a txt file open too.

never mind, this extention was causing the problem.. I uninstalled it
