Task : "Save Before Run" 1.78

HI ;
after the last update (1.78) ; if I interpret a python script (by clicking on the button "execute the python file") I always have a window that asks me to save my file! except that the latter is already saved and the "Save Before Run" option is on "always" ! ("ctrl + F5" still works)

this is a bug of version 2023.9.11251005 and 2023.9.11291529 of python extension !
no problem for earlier versions (<= 2023.9.11241009)
