URL Error during npx gulp compilation

I wonder if anyone has came across with this URL error during compilation?
I am following the instruction on the wiki https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-python/wiki/Coding
and working on a Windows laptop with python 3.10

@CosetteX If you want to work on the extension (without the API) part just run this npm run compile.
