Why is the Python Environment Manager button not showing in my VSCode?

Is there a specific setting to show it? In the past, when I installed the extension, it was already displayed automatically.

You should file an issue here https://github.com/DonJayamanne/vscode-python-manager/issues . It is not part of the python extension.

Likely it might be hidden. Try right click on the side bar, and see if it is selected.
