venv activation fails to properly update $PS1 on first attempt – requires reactivation

Sometimes when I use this extension to activate my venv

sometimes it shows .venvjainamoswal@MacStudio proone_bot %

to show (.venv) jainamoswal@MacStudio proone_bot % I have to deactivate and activate again using source .venv/bin/activate command.

Is this bug or my settings issue?

Try adding this to your User settings.

    "python.experiments.optOutFrom": ["pythonTerminalEnvVarActivation"]

Then reload, that should make it better.
