Summaries are automatically generated for RootElements with radio and
checkbox groups. The DefaultSummary prop lets you set this summary on
RootElements which open ViewControllers.

Hi!
well because there is another change in the same pull request which always
renders a summary from the property DefaultSummary (in lack of a better
name). If UITableViewCellStyle.Default is used the summary wont display.

The DefaultSummary is a way to render a summary manually if the RootElement
pushes a new ViewController instead of leading to a Group.

Maybe I got it all wrong but this was the only way I could display a
summary when not using groups.

Thanks for providing MT.D! It saves my day, everyday!

Added an override on Matches which checks Subject, Body and Sender
properties
Setting the EnableScope property to true will expand the SearchBar
instead of overlapping the topmost element
For convenience, lets have each class in a separate file as is common.
makes it easier to navigate the project.
Added an event for tapping radio elements
no custom drag to refresh animation anymore
Allow messageElements to display full body text
To reset the search filter you need to tap the X as expected instead.
