Changes:

Remove remnants of classic Firebase consumption
Migrate codebase to use complete Firebase Modular SDK
Firebase Service has been removed (see [Quest] Firebase 9 compatibility #178 for migration plan)
Add support to disable default Firestore and Auth initialization
- This would be useful for devs who want complete control on when and how to initialize Firestore and Auth
