If you insert something in playlist and mouse points exactly in white line between elements, then new element inserts in wrong place (usually at the end).
This is very difficult for me to reproduce. It only happened twice out of about 50 tries using both Windows and Linux. It might be limited to the details/table view. It is not clear this is something we can address in our code and might be in the GUI library we use and not at all clear how to workaround it.
I face it every day. It's easy to reproduce as 123. There are three states of D&D in playlist. White line between elements (when bug occurs), bottom line of preceding element and top line of a following element. There are workaround. When you D&D you must move mouse up and down a couple of times above elements. You'll see that insert line does not stay at place, it bounces between elements as you move cursor. But simple action takes a lot of time.
