Add possibility to put "Feed" button, before other footer links

When configuring footer links, these always come before the "Feed" button. An example:

It would be great if users were able to configure the "Feed" button to come before other footer links.

There's probably a way of doing this by disabling the feed button using atom_feed.hide and creating a custom one, but this would have the disadvantage of disabling it for the header as well.
