Sadly we are not able to merge this because all commits require signed commits and @elliottdehn will need his yubi-key. We have to wait for Elliot to receive his Yubikey through the post. |

Summary
The .debug folder is in .gitignore but is present in the repository. It also distorts the line-language count on GitHub. Let's delete the whole folder.
