Reading the gifs from a flash drive?

Hello, I have an ESP32-DevKitC-1 with a USB micro slot. I have seen examples where I can use LittleFS or a microSD card, but I am not sure if I can do the same with a flash drive connected to it. Would that be possible? Thanks.
