Multiple git commits even after comitting twice #3

I have my savemyass setup just fine.

  1. When i make a commit, an encrypted version is visible which gets committed to the repo. Fine
  2. Now i see another unstaged commit which changes the encrypted back to original file in my local place. Fine!
  3. I see another commit which tells me to do step 1. Then another commit to do step 2. This infinite loop is present.

Please confirm if thats the case, or what is happening, I am not sure.
