Automatic Data Recording

Whenever the rover is started as described in section Starting and Stopping Rover, rosbag will be recorded automatically and stored under the $HOME directory. After that once the rover is finished reaching all the waypoints or when a stop command is sent, the rosbag recording will be terminated by storing the data to file asl_gremlin_pkg-<Time> under $HOME.
where <Time> is the time at which start command is sent.
