Chores: move dotfiles directory

To keep $HOME directory clean, a good practice is to move user config files and data under .config and .local directories. Perhaps it would be good practice to move ~/dotfiles dir into ~/.local/dotfiles

Good feedback. You can select the destination folder during the installation of the dotfiles. No need to install it in dotfiles. But I agree, maybe a better default folder.
