[Bug] Clock won't update

In version 2.9.8.5, I noticed that the clock on waybar would sometime freeze and won't update unless waybar is reloaded. Not sure what triggers this bug but has anyone else faced this issue?

Sometimes wery rarely waybar would freeze for me completely (can't click anything etc). It usually happens whenever I play fullscreen games and change on what monitor said game is displayed mid playing session but since reloading waybar always fix it in seconds I never reported it.
