Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently it is difficult to finetune the sequoia theme because it's installed in /usr/share/ml4w-hyprland and requires sudo priviliges.

Describe the solution you'd like

Move to the .config would make it easier to customize.

Changes could be protected with PROTECTED file.
