Broken link on the help/exemptions page #1938

I was looking for guidance on exemptions to provide some advice to someone and it looks like the ICO have moved their information on Section 24 so the link at https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/help/exemptions#national_security is broken.

I think it may have been the information held now on this page: https://ico.org.uk/for-organisations/foi/freedom-of-information-and-environmental-information-regulations/section-24-safeguarding-national-security/ but I'm not 100% sure what was there before.

I think unfortunately this might mean ALL the ICO links are currently broken.
