Distributed tracing

First of all I would like to thank you for this awesome lib.
I have a question about the distributed tracing.
I noticed that there is a design doc about this and already supported by the server.
Is it also planned to be supported by the clients too in order to propagate the good headers (for instance traceparent by using Activity and ActivitySource)?

I can also contribute by creating an extension
