This adds the 7zz macOS executable from the official source. It is licensed under the LGPL with unrar license restriction, same as the other 7-zip executables.
Since no version of BCML supported macOS before the old bnp upgrader was removed, I decided to revert the removal commits before building the wheels uploaded here. These commits can be found on this branch.
