Strange shape around the shoulers while wearing the infernal cape

there is a strange asymmetrical invisible shape that is being outlined when viewed from the side wearing the infernal cape, this is the only item i know that causes this that ive come across.
for comparison i have added images without the infernal cape, where the outline is behaving normally
