Feature Request: Log verbosity options in org-agent container.

A feature to increase log verbosity would be greatly helpful in troubleshooting orb-agent scan issues or installation of additional\custom drivers at startup. I recently have been testing installing a newer version of the panos driver than is available in the image via drivers.txt. It does not install and I'm unable to find out why based on the container logs, which seem to be pinned at 'info'
