Media Mind MXP won't install in Flash CC

Version 5.0.5.4

When installed in CS6 by the extension manager it's located here:

/Users/username/Library/Application\ Support/Adobe/Flash\ CS6/en_US/Configuration/Classes/Eyeblaster\ ActionScript\ 3.0

Either clone to default location or to your preferred location and include it in you actionscript preferences

If default location:

$(LocalData)/Classes/Eyeblaster ActionScript 3.0
