Couldn't Find Repository in GitHub Actions (Official Action)

First of all, this is not the duplicate of #232 because I'm using the official action: https://github.com/marketplace/actions/coveralls-github-action

I was following the docs from the link above.

I am sure that the GH_TOKEN secret is present in the repo because semantic-release is using it as well (successfully).
