- remove the redundant `Component` property from raster groups. - remove the unused `RASTER_COLOR_MAPS`. - simplify `viewLayer.renderTooltip` for raster layers. - add `RasterHoverDescription` and `VectorHoverDescription` interfaces for tooltips.
