Improvement: Remove nvquicksite reference from naming

While this works great for testing and a quick show of DNN awesomeness, no reason why this couldn't be used for actual small production sites. The bases are all there.

As such, you could remove the nvquicksite naming appendix from the app pool, site, database, etc.

Currently, this is used by nvQuicksite to list sites it has created and display them in the list of sites it can uninstall.

Doing something like this can technically be done, but it would have to be done on a forked version of nvQuickSite, as we would not want this included in the opensource solution. This could be done as a special one-off project but would need to be a billable feature for a private release. If this is something of interest, just let us know. Thanks.
